The Iowa Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) invites your firm to take part in the 2021 Midwinter Osteopathic Family Practice Conference.

As the largest osteopathic family physician conference held in the state of Iowa, this is a great opportunity to get access to practicing family physicians who are interested in learning more about your products and services.

Outlined below are several ways in which your company can participate.




• Booth location is excellent in relation to the main conference space, ensuring maximum exposure

• Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

• Exhibitor hours are Friday, Jan. 15 from 7:30 a. m. – 3 p.m.

• Breaks are scheduled frequently throughout the day to encourage physicians to visit each booth

• Lunch is provided for all exhibitors and registrants

• Exhibitors are required to furnish the conference secretary with the names of the people who will represent them at the conference. There will only be one company and/or company division per booth.



Take advantage of the lunch hour to create and deliver a product or disease state-specific program! No other sessions will be delivered during this time.



Thursday, Jan. 14 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 15 from 7 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Exhibits must be cleared by 4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 15.



• Advertising opportunities are available in our convenient pocket-sized conference program that includes daily program schedules, speaker biographies, and more.
• This program is designed to be used daily and will give your organization outstanding exposure to the participants.

The Iowa Chapter of ACOFP reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, which in their judgment is not in keeping with the objectives and dignity of the conference. This right is all inclusive and concerns persons, things, conduct, printed matter, souvenirs and catalogs. No subletting the whole or part of the space allotted, to exhibit therein any goods other than those manufactured or handled by the exhibitor in the regular course of business, nor permitting of any representatives of any firm not exhibiting to solicit business or take orders in this space.



It is expressly understood and agreed between all exhibitors, the Association, and the hotel that the exhibitor assumes the responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims to exhibitor’s display, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel, and shall hold harmless the Association and hotel agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims, except for the negligence or willful misconduct of the Association, hotel, hotel agents, servants and employees, except for losses, damages and claims arising from the negligence of the
Association and/or hotel agents, servants and employees.



Registration is non-transferable. To receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee, all cancellations must be received by Friday, December 18, 2020. After this date, all fees are non-refundable.
